Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification in IT / Technology
Comprehensive experience in a systems analyst role
Understanding of Agile processes is preferred
Exposure to mobile telephony and MVNO in particular
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to communicate with technical and business groups
Experience in project management is a plus
Experience with other Telco technologies and Oracle / Unix is a plus
