I am looking to speak to an Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years experience in a Financial Services Multinational company. This is a contract role based in Dublin with a Globally renowned Hedge Fund Administrator.

What you will be doing:
-Assisting the Global Product management Team.
-Providing a professional assistant service.
-Maintaining and updating reports.
-Preparing standard letters and other miscellaneous documents.
-Maintaining all filing and documentation.
-Attending meetings with Manager and taking minutes.
-Updating documents as required.
-Preparing presentations, adhering to all deadlines.
-Diary and meeting management.
-Managing extensive travel arrangements.
-Managing all expense reimbursements, interacting with the accounts department.
-Ensuring all calls are answered and detailed messages taken.
-Greeting visitors to the company and coordinating hospitality.
-Assisting in project coordination, research and competitor reviews.
-Other tasks as per business need.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in Admin with a Financial services company.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Lotus notes.
- Excellent presentation skills.
