Seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for an expanding European Bank which is in a high-growth phase in Ireland. You will provide key financial analysis and insight to inform strategic decision making by senior management and join a dynamic environment in a newly created role.
The Role:
* Provide financial information to shape the Bank's strategies.
* Highlight trends and insights for decision making.
* Assess business proposals for their financial and regulatory impact.
* Preparation of Board Papers and presentations for the Executive Committee.
* Finance Business Partner with Business Units.
* Manage effective reporting and analysis.
* Enhance forecasting methodologies.
* Analytical review of financial statements and auditor liaison.
* Manage Investor Relations presentations and Peer analysis.
* Review and assess internal operational and financial control processes within Decision Support.
The Person:
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified, with 5-10 years PQE.
* Financial Services background essential.
* Successful track record in delivering presentations to senior management.
* Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
* Effective communication skills, with ability to translate complex data into concise presentations.
* Strong commercial acumen with understanding of recent developments in the banking industry.
* Experience of interpreting financial information to enable business decisions.
