Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant (Customer Support)
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 6 months. The company is a leading media platform worldwide, hosting more content than any other community from news entertainment to educatory & personal videos. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
Language requirements: Italian or German or Dutch or Spanish
Responsibilities
* Process removal requests efficiently and accurately.
* Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in person, by email and by phone.
* Run training sessions and give presentations to product support teams.
* Facilitate communication of process and policy to internal and external customers.
* Create documentation for existing and new policies and procedures.
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree• Be fluent in English and either Italian, German, Spanish or Dutch• Legal background is a plus, but not essential• Customer service/support experience working with policies/copyright
