The delivery team in Ireland leads the design, development, deployment and support of this product, working with business partners and product owners to define requirements and plans. This role involves working within a cross-functional agile (Scrum) team, focusing on the front-end solution component, taking a lead in design and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and test code to meet application requirements
Work with product analysts to review requirements and provide solution estimates
Work with engineers across the wider project to coordinate on solution approaches
Comply with architectural and coding standards
Work with your team to plan delivery tasks and to track adherence to the plan
Raise issues in a timely manner and take steps to address
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
6+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 4 years of development experience in front-end / user interface technologies
Skills and Knowledge
Experience with C# programming language and the .NET Framework 4.0/4.5
Experience in at least one core front-end / user interface technology, preferably Microsoft .NET WPF applications.
Full project life cycle experience, including requirements, design, development, system test, user acceptance testing.
Additional skills desired, but not mandatory:
MCP Microsoft Certified Professional
Development Frameworks: MVVM, XAML, Unity
Working with Java-based web services and Oracle databases
Experience with Agile delivery principles and practices, preferably Scrum-based, and on agile engineering development practices
Knowledge of the Financial Services
