Seeking 2 PQ level new Assistant Accountants for permanent roles with a highly successful international Irish organisation in South Dublin.
The company is growing rapidly and this is a very fast paced and dynamic environment. The Finance team is high calibre and ambitious and flexible candidates will be successful.
The role will cover Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliations. You will also assist with month-end accounts.
The Role:
* Posting of all Bank, AP, AR journals.
* Reconciliation of all bank accounts.
* Maintain proper records for invoices and payments.
* Ensure invoices are approved in the purchasing/sales system.
* Preparation of EFT payment runs and manual payments.
* Allocation of payments/receipts.
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
* Assist in the preparation of management accounts and variance analysis.
* Enforcement of internal controls.
* Assist in month end close.
The Person:
Seeking a Part Qualified level Assistant Accountant who is highly detail orientated with a great attitude. A track record of good academics is important. You will need to able to work in a VERY fast paced, dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
