Network Engineer / Telephony Engineer
My client in the financial services is seeking a contractor to join their team. This person will have expellent IT Support experience,w ith good exposure to Avaya and cisco products.
Someone with exposure to Voice Operatiosn, and interested in gaining more experience with a Voice Operations team, would be ideal for this role.
Experience:
Ability to work with Audit (Internal & external) functions and certification organisations.
Experience of supporting voice technologies
Experience:
Understanding of voice requirements,
Knowledge of network monitoring and analysis tools
Knowledge of voice monitoring and management tools
Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
