Role: IT Field Service Engineer

My client is seeking a field engineer to join their team. This person must have client facing experience and must have a full drivers licience.
Telephone, Remote Access & On-Site technical support to Clients.
Trouble-shoot issues relating to Servers, PCs and Laptops, EPOS equipment to include hardware faults, connectivity, security, permissions, firewalls, routers etc.
Installation & Configuration of Servers, PCs, Laptops, Routers, Printers and EPOS hardware.
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to Clients
Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone or email, logging of all the issues in the Help Desk management system and monitoring resolution of same.
Requirements
Previous experience in an IT Service role is essential
Experience in hardware build, fault finding, upgrade and repair of PC’s and servers
Experience of Installation & Trouble-shooting of Windows Server and Exchange
Experience of Installation & System Administration of Windows XP/7/8
Experience of Routers, Firewalls, VPN Set-Up & Configuration
Experience of Microsoft Office, Printers & Smart Phones
Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skill
