Role: COBOL/DB2 Developer - contract

Location: Dublin
I have a requirement open with one of my top client based in Financial Services. You will become a key member of the of the Java Platform development team, although you will be working with RDBMS technologies such as COBOL and DB2 - Gaining exposure to Capital Markets, one of the more interesting areas of my client's operations. You will work across the full SDLC formulating creative solutions for complex and variable issues that are key to business needs. This is an essential hire for my client and you will be joining an expanding local team. Very speedy recruitment process - Hire same day as interview.

Key Technical Skills:
* RDBMS Skills - COBOL and DB2
* Minimum of 5 years development experience
* Experience with Java/JEE technologies
* Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
* Strong Oracle database experience is a must
