HR People Advisor - 4 month contract - Dublin City
Looking for candidates with 2-4 years Human Resource experience for a four month contract in Dublin City Centre.
Main responsibilities
- Serve employees through HR life cycle
- Coach in people-matters
- Coach in career planning and development
- Annual performance support and coaching for employees
- Handle employee discipline and grievances
Must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree ideally with a focus in Human Resource Management or Business Management
