The Business
Essential Duties
- Manage the development and implementation of projects to deliver the Bank’s Digital Strategy & Roadmap
- Scheduling applications projects and required resources, in agreement with affected parties.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to define Business Case, Priorities and to agree low level requirements with project team
- Management of Production Support issues when they arise, with responsibilities for Incident management & reporting both internally and externally
- Ensuring a close working relationship is maintained with external suppliers
- Adherence to department and group methodologies and procedures, specifically KBC Group IT Security Policy and Development Standards.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, audit and licensing requirements.
- Responsible for the production of regular management reports and other required management and project information such as Operational Risk Reporting and bank-wide change approval board(s)
