I am looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to join a newly established independent company providing Depository Lite services.
Depository Lite services are a necessary requirement with the introduction of AIFMD and focuses on cash flow monitoring, investment restrictions monitoring and subs & reds monitoring.
This role provides an interesting break from NAV.
What you will be doing:
*Ensuring all AIFMD client deliverables are met.
*Independently investigate output from the fund Administrator and investigate any discrepancies.
*Preparing risk control documents for each client based on their investment portfolio.
*Prepare year end AIFMD summary reports for inclusion in the year end financials.
Who we are looking for:
*You will be a qualified Accountant with 2 years post qual experience.
*You will have 4+ years of Fund Accounting, Funds Audit or Trustee experience.
*You will have strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements in relation to the Funds industry.
