We are looking for a talented Software Development Manager who has ideally come from a software development background and moved their way up through the ranks, leading and managing multiple teams. Whilst managing the teams they will make sure that all members of the teams follow the correct methodologies and regularly review the teams’ delivery.
The role is with a rapidly expanding organisation in the mobile social gaming space here in Dublin. The successful candidate will report to the CTO. We are looking for someone who is very passionate about technology and what they do.
Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery
* Very strong communication with key stakeholders across the business
* Be held accountable for product delivery
* Management of Development teams
* Structure the teams and responsibilities
* Recruitment
* Ensure standards are meet with regards to end user development
* Review of team delivery
* Ownership of app development methodology
* Responsible for bringing in new tools if needed in order to increase efficiency
* Keep up to date with latest technologies
Requirements:
* 6+ years relevant management experience
*
* Leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Great Interpersonal and motivational skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong relationship management skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or relevant Business Discipline
