Role: Systems Support
Location: Dublin
2 year contract
Provide first line support on various systems such as TCS, websites, Service Desk and apps;
Database development knowledge to help deploy databases updates to various environment and generate various reports as and when needed;
Ability to deploy software to the production environment under IIS 7.5 and above;
Create test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing of systems;
Troubleshooting and bug fixing;
Skills
Experience with ASP.NET/C# (preferably on .NET Framework 3.5 / 4.0)
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (2005/2012)
SQL Server Management Studio environment & tools
Performance testing, tuning and optimization skills
