My client, a leading employer in Cork currently requires a permanent Telecoms Specialist.
Responsibilities:
*Design and implementation of call flows, interactive voice routing and statistical reporting.
*Work with a global IT team to implement projects in the region.
*Administration of voice communication systems.
*Support Microsoft supported operating systems and versions.
*Support Apple Mac products and IOS platforms.
*Management of mobile phones and devices.
Requirements:
*5 + years’ experience working within a contact centre environment
*Experienced in voice communication protocols and related technologies - SIP / ISDN / H323 / Analogue / Digital
*Previous experience in call centre type voice telecommunications and reporting systems essential.
*Fluent English is essential.
