The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Strategy and Planning department of a major multinational mutual fund and financial services firm. They need someone with a flexible approach as you will work for a newly established team in the business.
The Role
You'll have the unique opportunity to work across the organisation at an executive and senior leadership level. You will contribute to programs and initiatives across a wide spectrum of functions.
You will provide support for the delivery of strategy across the Irish operations of the organisation. Key areas where you will provide expertise will include Program Management, Business Planning and Operational Analysis/Reporting.
Program Management:
- Support the continued evolution of the Global Business Services Operating model and the implementation of global initiatives.
- Driving and sustaining quarterly goals review process
Business Planning:
- Assist the Strategy and Planning director in the co-ordination and implementation of the Annual Business Planning process
- Work closely with the Head of Technology to support the continued evolution of the technology organisation and be responsible for the planning and facilitation of the annual technology deep dive program
Operational Analysis:
- Provide operational analysis and reporting to support the Technology Leadership team
- Preparation of Group Ireland Operational Reviews and other Executive Reports
Who you'll be
- 5-10 years management experience in IT or Financial Services (middle office would be ideal).
- Proven track record in building effective business relationships with customers, peers and business partners
- Excellent business analysis skills including performing data analytics to assess current environment.
- An understanding of technology
- Ability to multi-task across a number of initiatives, flexibility in managing changing priorities
- Marketing element to experience would be beneficial
Salary for this role will be 70k plus 20% bonus
