3month Daily Rate extension
On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint a contractor to help with the documentation of Service Desk Processes and the management of the transition to a managed service for the IS Service Desk.
Responsibilities:
Interview current service desk personnel to understand current scope of activities.
Assist with the development of the service catalogue
Assist with the development and execution of the communications around the transition to the new managed service desk.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Project Management using Prince2
Experience of Service Desk management and ITIL
