My client in Cork is looking for an Business Analyst who will be responsible for contributing to product solutions by understanding product enhancements and clearly and concisely documenting these requirements. Provide business expertise and support to both internal and external clients as well as the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and document user requirements in detailed functional specification and translate these requirements into project deliverables.
Review of user guides and on line help content for requirements they are responsible for.
Give functionality demonstrations to management, stakeholders & potential customers.
Provide assistance on other projects in the company when required to do so.
Identify solutions to issues which are raised.
Shares business knowledge with all members of the technical team, and the wider organisation when called for.
Represents BA team at relevant agile stand ups and planning meetings.
Provide assistance and business expertise to Support Team and QA Team in verifying client reported bugs and internally raised issues.
Participate in the QA and implementation of new software.
Provide assistance in the formulation of UX wireframes and guide the UI team when implementing these wireframes.
Carry out research and assist with formulation of new development proposals
Make recommendations on possible new features or changes that should be made in current/new projects.
