My client, an expanding multi-national in Cork is looking to grow its sales division. They currently have a requirement for a Technical Sales Engineer.
Requirements
*5 + years in a technical sales position supporting the sales cycle in Networking, Software or IT Security solutions.
*Previous experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
Anti-Virus
Firewall
*Experience of administering Unix/Linux systems, low-layer (packet level) IP networking and experience with programming languages such as UNIX shell, Perl or C.
*Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
*Commercial awareness and communication skills.
*Proven track record of managing and winning technical and high value IT sales projects.
*Successful quota achievement.
*Highly motivated self-starter that does not need day-to-day management.
Desirable experience
*5+ years technical sales experience.
*Online sales presentations.
*Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system.
