An industry leading business currently in an exciting growth phase has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure / Service / Operations Manager with a track record in the successful delivery of service oriented operations. This is an interesting opportunity to be invoiced in a green field IT build within an established business and is a significant opportunity to build on your skills and experience and make an impact on the operational performance of a fast paced and data heavy business. There is a large outsourced component to the operations and so experience with managing vendors or vendor side experience will be advantageous.

Formal third level qualification preferred
Proven experience managing outsourced operations / vendors
Experience in delivering service oriented operations
Excellent leadership skills
Experience in managing and controlling department P+L / contracts etc
Both commercial and technically capable
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience in continuous improvement of operations
Experience in professional / corporate operations is a plus
A background in Infrastructure and projects / deployment will be required
Relevant certifications - ITIL, Prince ETC will be advantageous
