Title: Snr IT Business Analyst - CRM
Location; Dublin

A leading financial services organisation requires and experienced IT business analyst to play a key role in a greenfield technology implementation with a large CRM component. This is an interesting and challenging position with a company in an exciting growth phase. This is the first business analyst within the IT group and so there will be an opportunity to shape and influence analysis processes and methodologies. As such this position will require a very strong business analyst to demonstrate credibility to the business from both a technical and functional perspective.
Skills / Experience:
* Proven experience in business analyst functions
* Proven experience of enterprise level software deployment projects
* Financial services experience preferred but not mandatory
* Experience with business process design
* Ability to interface with IT and business areas
* Experience with CRM processes and workflows
* Ability to be extremely business focused, while also understanding IT impacts
* Experience with CRM products - Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
* Excellent people and communication skills
* Excellent documentation skills
* Excellent facilitation and workshop skills to drive and gather business requirements
* Attention to detail a must
* Experience with SharePoint is a plus
