Title: Service Delivery Analyst

A market leading business has an opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Analyst with a focus on supporting the service management initiatives across a range of technical services. This role will suit someone with experience in ITIL service processes and hands on experience with service delivery. The person will work closely with technical groups, vendors and business units to monitor, improve and refine service levels and will also be involved in the strategic planning of the service roadmap.

Formal third level qualification in IT
ITIL certifications
Experience in Service Management / Service Delivery roles
Background in IT Systems , Networks , Telephony etc
Certifications - CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VMWARE, Voice etc is a plus
Strong communicator
Ability to effectively engage with business and technology units
Experience working with SLA's KPI's
