Opening for an experienced test automation engineer to join a highly technical company specializing in a niche area of IT - tactical communications solutions.
Key responsibilities
1. Managing creation and control of Automation Frameworks
2. Design/create test cases and scripts for software products
3. Interact with different teams to create and maintain a quality product
4. Strong understanding of TCP/IP
5. Scripting skills using Linux, Python, C, embedded systems
Requirements;
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
2. 3+ years in experience in Test Automation
3. Exposure to Linux and MySQL implantation's
4. Excellent scripting skills e.g. Python, Perl, TCL, bash, PHP etc.
5. Proven ability in one or more automation tools
Competencies
1. Strong communication skills
2. Detail orientated, strong problem solving skills
3. Self motivated and committed
4. Ability to work on own and use initiative but also capable of integrating and co-operating with a larger team
