RESPONSIBILITIES
* Co-Development of project plans and schedules with input from Project Manager Including:
* Data analysis, trending and metrics
* Market research & product definition
* Data verification, attention to detail, quality assurance, correctness of information
* Project Management - organizational skills, management of own or others related work, knowledge of project delivery lifecycle
* Documenting / presenting conclusions from findings
* Trouble-shooting issues
* Communication of business requirements
* Test plan design and implementation
Leading requirements gathering sessions:
* Assessment of current business and information systems and identification of gaps in functionality
* Development of detailed business requirements and operations specifications to meet new project requirements
* Development of / contribution to functional or process design of project components
* Support of key stakeholders in identification and resolution of issues
* Ensuring business owners have an understanding of design approach and project functionality to attain design sign-off
* Leading requirements sign-off meetings by preparing documents and presenting requirements
* Ability to trouble-shoot issues such as data inaccuracies and software bugs
* Provide detailed reporting for different partners/group
* Communicate with 3rd parties with regard to wireframe design/delivery
QUALIFICIATIONS
* College degree with 5+ years industry experience
* Project Management skills - must be detail oriented with good organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills - in both demonstrating and listening
* Highly skilled in MS Office, MS Visio
* Project development lifecyclefrom obtaining business requirements, developing User Experience documentation, creating User Interface (UI) outlines and testing.
* Ability to work with senior management teams
* Superior quantitative, analytic, logical reasoning skills
* Experience in an Agile R&D environment
* Familiarity with Quality Centre and IBM Rational Team Concert a plus
* Flexibility to travel as required.
