Business Unit Overview - Finance Recruitment
As a result of our significant growth over the past 5 years, Harvey Nash Ireland seeks to emulate the success of our Technology recruitment business with the expansion into the Finance recruitment sector. Harvey Nash Finance was established to provide clients with highly skilled Finance specialists for contract and permanent roles, along with the very best executive talent for board level and senior Accountancy appointments. By combining industry and functional expertise, innovative use of technology and proven recruitment processes, we provide clients with a high quality, effective recruitment service.
Harvey Nash Ireland has a large blue chip client base with a strong presence in the Financial Service sector. A strong delivery track record has created a demand from these clients for us to act as representatives of their brands, and find candidates who have the exact skills and cultural fit required in their Finance teams.
Overview of role
To build, grow and manage a best in class Finance Recruitment team with the full support of Harvey Nash plc, while also initially holding a billing role to ensure productivity and a strong foundation for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities for self and Harvey Nash
* Generate fees for the division
* Develop the brand awareness and replicate our CIO engagement activities in the FS space.
* Identify , hire, provide coaching and training for junior colleagues in all skill areas
* Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecast
* Manage business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgetary requirements
* Drive team activity and productivity levels
* Encourage cross divisional collaboration, relationships and on-going communication
* Conduct meetings and presentations for any client situation including board level
* Implement Business Development initiatives
