The Opportunity
A leading global multinational has an opportunity for a Payroll Vendor Manager. The role will sit within the Payroll organisation which will involve leading complex project initiatives. You will work closely with to re-engineer processes, design system changes and undertake significant change management and transformational initiatives. Excellent communication skills, business partnering with multiple business functions including Benefits, HR and multiple external providers are key requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Partner with key stakeholders and vendors to improve complex financial processes, perform effective escalation management and provide “quick fix” solutions
* Monitor governance of vendor service provision
* Assess ongoing vendor model and ability to scale
* Analyse detailed data-sets to identify risks and opportunities
* Provide performance reporting and analysis to senior management
* Ensure readiness on supporting new and existing functionality
* Provide customer feedback analysis, operational monitoring, troubleshooting and error resolution to prevent inaccuracies, reduce process latency, and drive process excellence
* Management of issues escalated to senior staff
Who You'll Be
* BA/BS degree
* 6 years relevant work experience
* Relevant experience in project management and process improvement
* Excellent customer services/relationship management skills
* Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives
Preferred qualifications:
* Masters degree
* Experience in shared financial services in a multinational environment
* Quick learner with interest in understanding and applying best practices
* Strong influencing skills and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
