Role: Payroll Vendor Manager
Location: Dublin
Contract: 6 months (Fix-term)
Salary: EUR60-80k DOE
We are looking for an experienced Payroll project manager to work with an internet giant based here in Dublin. It is a high visibility role which will involve leading complex project initiatives. The role is under the EMEA Senior Payroll Manager, whom the successful candidate will work very closely with to re-engineer processes, design system changes and undertake significant management and transformational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Asses on-going vendor model and ability to scale
* Monitor governance of vendor service provision
* Liaising with key stakeholders and vendors to improve processes
* Analysis and Reporting
* Customer feedback analysis
Essential Experience:
* BA/BS degree
* 6 years relevant work experience
* Project management experience and process improvement
* Excellent customer services/relationship management skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master’s degree
* Financial services
* Strong Influencing skills and change management experience
