My client in Belfast is seeking a deskside/helpdesk support engineer to join the team. This person will have experience working in a busy helpdesk environment and have excellent communication skills.
Key technologies they work with are:
Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2007/10, Symantec A/V & encryption, SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix, backup & restore, Outlook 2007/10, cloning of PC’s & laptops, network troubleshooting, PC HW maintenance
The ideal applicants should have 3+ years in a helpdesk role
Excellent PC hardware and PC application skills
Experience in Microsoft Windows XP, 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010
Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) - advantageous
Patch Management
Diagnosis of customers technical problems
