The type of person they are looking for is a Program/Development Manager with a strong track record in understanding in leading development projects to deliver cost effective, sustainable and innovative technology solutions to their business.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery ownership and people leadership
* Leading delivery of highly visible large complex program
* Manage budget, timelines, resource demands and change management
* Work closely with system partners
* Facilitate leadership forums
* Manage the technology team, including performance management
Qualifications:
* Relevant business degree with an understanding of IT, or a relevant degree in IT
* 10+ years’ experience leading globally distributed large programs/projects
* 10+ years’ experience working with large-scale IT environments and applications
* 5+ years’ experience people management
* Financial Services experience
Requirements:
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Proven leadership and collaboration skills
