I am looking for a high calibre Reconciliation Analyst to join a fast paced team with a world renowned Hedge Fund Administrator based in Dublin City.
This is a contract position with immediate interviews for successful candidates.
This team is deadline driven and exposed to high volume activity daily. You must have at least 2 years experience in reconciliations across a high number of multi currency accounts and you will have excellent Excel skills.
What you will be doing:
- Performing all cash reconciliations across all subscription accounts that fall under your responsibility and ensure narratives are clear and up to date.
- Responsible for communicating any reconciliations discrepancies to the Supervisor as soon as they occur.
- Responsible for ensuring a follow-up is constantly performed on all outstanding items by the relevant responsible areas and contacts.
- Responsible for drafting up and distributing the client specific logs within the agreed client service level agreement (SAL).
- Responsible for drafting any interest claims ensuring a follow up is constantly done on all aged items.
