Looking for a German speaking Customer Service Representative for our clients who are developers and publishers within online gaming.
Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving player inquiries through a ticket-based support system
- Achieving the required targets of quality and customer service
- Using your knowledge to assist players with any queries
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Customer Service/Player support experience
