I am looking for a part qualified Assistant Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) for a growing organization in Dublin South.
The candidate must be well organized, highly numerate and have great attention to detail.
It is a very fast paced environment, so the ideal candidate would be energetic and flexible.
The role will involve:
* Reconciliation of all cash sales recorded to cash banked and investigation / escalation / resolution of material cash discrepancies.
* Review of cash collection agency reports.
* Post cash and sales journals to SAP.
* Prepare monthly customer invoices.
* Allocation of cash receipts.
* Assist in the preparation of management accounts.
* Prepare and circulate weekly sales reports.
* Assist in the month end close process.
