Title: Program/Development Manager
Location: Dublin
Permanent Salary: Negotiable

Our client a leader in the financial services industry are looking for a Technical Program/Development Manager to join their team based in Dublin. The position is looking for a Program Manager who can lead delivery of a highly visible large complex program. The successful candidate will have experience establishing excellent program governance, managing budgets, timelines, resource demands and allocations.
They will be able to facilitate leadership forums including steering committee meetings, scope and change management meetings. The right applicant will have experience in developing strong, collaborative relationships with key IT and business partners.

Requirements:

* 10+ years’ experience leading globally distributed large programs / projects
* 10+ years’ experience working with large-scale IT environments and applications
* 5+ years’ experience people management
* Knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be an advantage
* Agile skills to drive continuous improvement
* A dynamic leader with a common sense approach to successfully lead and motivate a large, diverse program team.
