Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Information Systems or Financial discipline
* 5 or more years’ experience with 3+ in systems analysis for web/mobile development
* Experience with general Agile -based development methodologies
* Cloud based CRM application experience, Salesforce.com preferred
* Salesforce 201 Admin Certification preferred
Technology:
* Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts, Apex and VisualForce preferred
* Programming skills including HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, AJAX.
* Understanding of XML/WSDL, DOM, and other W3C standards.
* Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and workflow automation
* Experience with ETL applications, IBM Cast Iron Cloud Integration preferred
* Experience with data structures and querying languages, SOQL/SOSL preferred
* Experience creating and consuming Web Services (SOAP/Rest).
* Proficient in ability to identify and pull data from various applications and
* Experience updating, managing and deploying source code, experience with Force,com IDE preferred
Competencies:
* Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
* Strong work ethic with focus on continuous improvement and enhancing the team environment
* Experience performing complex data analysis and data aggregation
* Keen ability to navigate organization to find information
* Penchant for detail, quality assurance and timely delivery

* Can work independently with minimal supervision
