THE ROLE
The Client Services Manager has primary responsibility for the management of a larger number of assigned portfolios of corporate trust clients/accounts and serves as the day-to-day contact for the assigned clients/accounts. The Client Service Manager is responsible for servicing the overall client relationship within the assigned portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Transaction administration and control
* Coordination of services for assigned clients
* Working with global service delivery and other groups within global client solutions and related parties
* Mentoring and training staff as required
REQUIREMENTS
* Knowledge of specific products and client awareness
* At least one year experience in client services supervisory role
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
