Contract Length: 2 years
Location: Dublin City Centre.
Opportunity:
This is a great opportunity for someone who has comprehensive experience in IT Training. This is a 2 year contact, the successful candidate will be training up people in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as internal intranet sites.
IT Technical Trainer.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage a Training Programme focusing on optimising the ICT tool available to users
- Identify training needs and propose training content and recommended approaches
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure appropriate IT tools are available to support training requirements
- Create appropriate training materials
- Organise and Deliver training courses
- Create and compile user satisfaction reports for training provided
- Report on the effectiveness of training and lessons learned
- Liaising with Internal teams and external providers as required
Skills:
Experience with planning, developing and executing a Training Programme
- Strong training development and delivery skills
- People orientation combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven organisational abilities
- Good working knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003.
Experiecence :
Typicall up to 2 years experience Managing and Implementing a Training Programme
Microsoft Training Certifications (e.g. MOS) /other recognised Training Certifications
