THE ROLE
The Client Services Manager has primary responsibility for the management of a larger number of assigned portfolios of corporate trust clients/accounts and serves as the day-to-day contact for the assigned clients/accounts. The Client Service Manager is responsible for servicing the overall client relationship within the assigned portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transaction administration and control• Coordination of services for assigned clients• Working with global service delivery and other groups within global client solutions and related parties• Mentoring and training staff as required
REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of specific products and client awareness• At least one year experience in client services supervisory role • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills
