I am looking for an experienced Personal Assistant from a Financial Services/Banking environment to join the Global Product Management team with leading Hedge Fund Administrator based in Dublin City Centre.
Reporting to the head of Global Product Management in Europe, Your day to day will look like this:
-Provide administrative support to the Global Product Management team.
-Maintain and update reports.
-Prepare standard letters and other miscellaneous documents.
-Maintain all filing and documentation.
-Attend meeting with Manager and take minutes.
-Update documents as required.
-Prepare presentations, adhering to all deadlines.
-Diary and meeting management.
-Manage extensive travel arrangements.
-Manage all expense reimbursements, interacting with the accounts department.
-Ensure all calls are answered and detailed messages taken.
-Greet visitors to the company and coordinate hospitality.
-Assist in project coordination, research and competitor reviews.
-Other tasks as per business need.
Who we are looking for:
- We are looking to meet candidates with a minimum of 5 years PA experience within Financial Services or Banking.
- You will be fully competent in Microsoft Office.
