I am looking for a high calibre Graduate to join the Transfer Agency team as a Data Administrator with a world leading Hedge Fund Administrator in Dublin City.
This is initially a 3 month contract that would suit a Graduate eager to get their start in the funds industry. You will need to have a strong Administrative Background and a strong attention to detail.
You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient work flow process from point of entry of data.
What you will be doing:
- Recording legal documents.
- opening all incoming mail ensuring that are date stamp and scanned in a timely manner.
- Monitoring fax queues to ensure all queries and deals are sent to through the appropriate channel.
- Recording of boxes sent off site and handling any requests for return of information from off site locations.
- Maintaining reporting systems.
Who we are looking for:
- We would like to meet candidates who have recently graduated with an Accounting or Business Degree and who have a strong Admin background.
