Multinational online advertising and search company in Dublin city centre are seeking a bright tech savvy graduate who speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese to join their team. Opportunity to support the sales team and learn about new products. Excellent opportunity to work in a multinational company but in a non corporate environment.
This position involves supporting the sales team and spotting opportunities to up-sell to existing customers, the role however is also very much so a customer support and technical advice position, assisting customers to install new products and systems over the phone. Excellent opportunity for a strong communicator and someone who is interested in technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters in Technology or Business
- Tech savvy - an interest n technology, blogging, Digital Products
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Excellent communication Skills
- Any exposure to Customer Services or Sales would be an advantage
