I am looking for a Transfer Agent to join a fast paced Dealing team within the TA department of a global Hedge Fund Administrator based in Dublin's IFSC.
This is initially a contract until the end of the year with immediate interviews for successful candidates.
You will be responsible for processing all payments related to your fund such as Subscriptions, Redemptions, dividends and expenses.
Reporting to your Supervisor, your day to day will look like this:
-Ensuring all FXs are complete within cut off times.
-Ensuring payments to/from the Funds and payments to shareholders who have redeemed are paid /received within the agreed time frames (i.e. good value). Ensure all documentation is in place to allow payment to be made.
-Establishing where payments in need to be positioned and arrange for this to occur.
-Arranging for payments to be inputted and passed to Supervisor or Assistant Manager for authorisation.
-Checking signature of payments against authorised signature lists to make sure they are valid.
Who we are looking for:
- You must have at least 6 months experience in a similar environment with knowledge of FXs and cash systems preferably SWIFT.
- You must have strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills.
