A leading multinational is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in a range of business projects with a strong customer focus on the Insurance space. We are keen to discuss the role with people who have experience on technical streams within Insurance and in particular the area of policy and claims. The role will involve significant engagement responsibilities and proven experience in requirements gathering and a strong understanding of financial products is required. Customer facing skills are a must.

Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification
Experience working within the Insurance sector or Life and Pensions is preferred
Strong track record in Business Analysis
Knowledge of insurance financial reporting
Understanding of GL and reporting
Strong understanding of policy, claims and reinsurance administration data
Experience with data integration, conversion and reconciliation, ideally on data warehousing projects
Excellent exposure to change management
Project Methodology experience
Experience within the Insurance Product space
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Technical skills will be a plus
