Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Dublin
Contract Rate: Negotiable
Our client, a major multinational bank, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team based in Dublin. The position is looking for someone who can introduce and manage new cloud technologies within the business. The successful candidate will have experience in the technical aspects of cloud services, and how they integrate into a pre-existing system. They will also be responsible for the handling of 3rd party suppliers of the cloud technologies.
The role requires someone with extensive experience in full delivery of projects and has experience with key stakeholders. The project will require someone who is comfortable in a change environment and can achieve resolutions when incidents arise.
Requirements:
* 4-8 years’ experience in the field of IT Service Management
* Experience working in a multi-supplier environment based on best practice framework i.e. ITIL
* Experience of managing Cloud or SaaS suppliers
* Strong understanding of infrastructure and applications technologies
* Technical knowledge of Cloud or PaaS services including: AWS, Azure, Bizcloud etc.
