A strong technical lead is needed but also hands on mobile applications development and a strong technical background. This is a key area for the bank and as such is a high visibility project.

Formal third level qualification in IT
Proven experience in mobile applications development
Ability to set and define the product roadmap
Strong technical background and an ability to develop when required
Development of Mobile banking applications and integration with processing systems is ideal (FS experience is not mandatory)
Previous experience in Java environments
