Role: Senior Java Developer
Rate: €350 - €400
Duration: 6 months
Location: Galway
Fantastic contract position available for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the development and enhancement of enterprise-class applications in Java/J2EE. You will work with BA’s and PM’s to translate business requirements into implementation process by considering all alternatives and implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, usability, reliability and scalability requirements.
Skills and knowledge:
• 5+ years’ experience building enterprise-class applications• 5+ years’ experience with Java/J2EE technologies• Full SDLC experience• Experience with Tomcat, Spring MVC and JUnit• Experience with application development in a Unix environment (Linux/Solaris)• Good communications skills• Excellent problem-solving skills
