Title: Head of Adaptive Learning (ELearning)
Location: Dublin
Permanent Salary: Negotiable
We are looking for a talented head of adaptive learning for a very rapidly expanding start-up in the adaptive eLearning space (Educational). We are looking for someone to help them develop new adaptive learning pedagogies, resulting in new product features and improved user experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Driving improvements in the learning efficacy of their adaptive system;
* Coordinating academic research in the area of adaptive learning pedagogy;
* Influencing academic and non-academic professionals by providing credible thought leadership in the area of adaptive learning pedagogy
* From a pedagogy perspective, contributing to the identification of commercial opportunities of their system.
Requirements:
* Proven and credible knowledge and application of learning pedagogy
* Fluent in technology-enhanced learning products and methods
* Academic influencer
* Familiarity with ELearning systems and principles of e-assessment systems
Desirable Experience and Knowledge:
* Experience of adaptive learning design
* Teaching experience at K12 level
* PhD in a related field
