A financial services organisation currently in an exciting growth phase has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure / Service / Operations Manager with a track record in the successful delivery of service-oriented Infrastructure operations. The role will have significant engagement with other department or function leaders in addition to the management of a range of third party vendors. Experience with defining and managing group SLA , KPI’s as well as BCP and Data Centre operation will be key to success in the position ins addition to excellent people and project management skills.

Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification preferred
Experience in delivering service oriented Infrastructure operations
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience in continuous improvement of operations
Experience in professional / corporate operations is a plus
A background in Infrastructure and projects / deployment will be required
Relevant certifications - ITIL, Prince ETC will be advantageous
Financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory - similar professional industries will suffice
