This multinational institution is one of the largest financial services groups worldwide and the technology projects they are working on at the moment are cutting edge and require someone with an innovative approach who likes working in a collaborative environment.
The type of person they are looking for is a talented technical senior project manager with a strong track record in delivering complex web-based applications. The successful candidate will be working very closely with both technical and business stake holders to structure key requirements into sustainable solutions.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the management and organization of project teams to ensure requirements, designs and project objectives are met within expected timelines and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a number of web-based projects/programs concurrently
* Accountable for overall project delivery and management of project teams throughout the full SDLC
* Work closely with both the business and technology partners addressing complex business requirements
* Manage business expectations, communicate effectively and collaborate across teams to gain consensus for project direction, requirements agreement and prioritization

* Strong People management and mentoring
Qualifications:
* BS or MS degree in related discipline
* 10 years’ experience in software development space
* 5 years PM experience and very strong technically
* Financial experience and web facing technology delivery
* Full SDLC experience
* PMP or Scrum Master Certification a plus
* Agile and other formal software development methodologies experience
Requirements:
* Good interpersonal and motivational skills
* Strong understanding of SDLC including analysis, development, QA and product management
* Strong technical exposure and web app development, CMS experience a plus
* Planning and organisational skills along with strong communication skills
* Experience in working with globally distributed across geographic locations
* Strong presentation skills
