The type of person they are looking for is a talented project manager with a strong track record in understanding the needs and requirements of an organisation and with strong motivation for working in a very customer focused environment. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide leadership by managing projects and internal team’s deliverables.
The project manager will actively participate in both technology solution and financial management portions of projects. The project manager with participate in both the technology solution and financial management portions of projects
Responsibilities:
* Highly proficient in PM, Agile, Data analysis, Design and development.
* Put teams together, working closely with analysts and assign relevant responsibilities through agile planning sessions.
* Work closely with internal/external program/project managers on complex systems projects or enhancements to systems, requiring integration across the business units or platforms
* Working closely with the project teams ensuring standards and deadlines are met
* Manage relationships within and across business units
* Coordination and release planning
* May be required to carry out analysis and technical design
Qualifications:
* BS or MS degree in related discipline
* 4-6 years’ systems analysis or development experience with 4 years PM experience
* Strong understanding of database technologies
* Scrum master preferable
* Agile and other formal software development methodologies experience
Requirements:
* A good understanding of Data software development processing
* Good interpersonal skills
* Client/Customer facing
* Good analytical skills
