Title: Senior Project Manager - BI/Data Analytics

This multinational institution is one of the largest financial services groups worldwide and the technology projects they are working on at the moment are cutting edge and require someone with an innovative approach who likes working in a collaborative environment.
The type of person they are looking for is a talented senior project manager with a strong track record in managing BI and Analytic teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating the development of key data and BI capabilities across a growing portfolio. The team develops and maintains a complex platform of reporting, analytics, databases, and infrastructure serving over 100,000 internal users and external clients.
If successful you will be working directly with both technical and business stakeholders to structure key requirements into sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a number of technology projects/programmes
* Be held accountable to delivery and management of people and projects
* Lead waterfall and Agile projects concurrently
* Work closely with both business and technology partners to develop solutions and overall strategies
* Full lifecycle project delivery
Qualifications:
* BS or MS degree in related discipline
* 10 years’ experience in the software development space, including project delivery and systems analysis
* Proven strong experience in PM processes and development lifecycle methodologies - waterfall and agile
* Experience creating delivery schedules and managing tasks across a highly distributed development team
* Hands-on experience with producing technical requirement documents
* Exposure to BI, DWH and modelling concepts
* PMP Certification a plus
Requirements:
* Full Lifecycle experience, including analysis, development, QA and product management roles and best practices
* Strong planning and organization skills
* Experience working with remote teams
* Client facing
* Experience talking to both technical and business teams
